• The customization service is available for redemption exclusively at the NEW ERA SOGO Causeway Bay store. Patch selection is subject to availability and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Heat seal or embroidery services may not be available for certain fabrics. Please consult store staff for details.

• Each cap customization service is redeemable once only. No exchange, refund, or replacement for patches once applied.
