CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

General Role:

As a customer service specialist, your main role is to provide support and assistance to the team in order to enhance the operation flow at New Era Cap.  This includes resolving issues, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You also be responsible for order processing, maintaining strong relationships with customers and collaborating with internal teams. Overall, your goal is to help businesses succeed by providing excellent customer service by building trust and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Create & maintain the orders in SAP;
  • Manage the orders submitted by customers with the related department;
  • Make sure the orders placed are sent on time;
  • Proactively stay in contact with the internal and external parties for ensuing all issues & enquiries are promptly followed up and answered;
  • Support daily CS operations

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience on dealing with B2B customers;
  • Experience in SAP would be an advantage;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Pay attention to details;
  • Flexible to work in fast-paced and energetic working environment;
  • Good command of English and Chinese languages, both speaking and writing;
  • Good PC skill and knowledge
